Help*** Possible infection in chick's foot***Help please =(

Help. Last Wendesday some of my chicks got burned. One got his toe burned off. Now, it's a little red. An infection might be settling in, but I don't know. It might just be the burn. If it is an infection, is there any medicine that will help? Please answer.

do you have any pictures?... When my birds get an open wound I just dab it with polysporin... Not sure if its a good idea with chicks though... Sorry if I don't have the best answer

No pictures yet. I might try to get some tomorrow. His bone is protruding come, but it's sealed around it. It looks a little swelled. I really think there is an infection in it.

you can use neosporin on chickens so I would try some of that maybe even some aloe and bandage it up. If you think it is just swollen from the burn you could try some cool compresses.
