HELP! Possible Mareks Disease?

I have a 26 week old Black Rock (I think). At first she had one eye shut, but otherwise acted normally. But for the next 2 weeks, she has gone downhill. She has a few scabs on her face/wattles, on the side with the shut eye, and she itches this side of her face sometimes. Now her neck seems to hang to one side, and she doesn't want to move around (but her legs are not paralysed, they can move if she wants). She seems to be losing weight and not eating much, though if I give her a bit of wet food she seems quite hungry.

I don't know what to do for the best. Should I take her to the vets? Is it Mareks?
