You can go to www.photobucket.com
its free...and you can load your pic in there. When its loaded....there will be the pic and 4 different "links" under it. "IMG Code " being the bottom one. Double click it, then past to your post here. Good luck!

Miss Bell, I've had a dickens of a time trying to post pics too. I finally figued it out today. Go to Photobucket and watch their tutorial, once you get it it's not that hard. LOL
