I have about 30-35 eggs in the bator. Some are silikies and some are leghorns. We lost our lights during the strorm. Therefore, my dilema is; the eggs were in the bator with no heat for about 14 hours. They are about 3 or 4 days old. After the power came back on I rinsed out the bator, warmed it up and put them back in. I hate to lose my silky eggs for sure. Been trying to get them for quite some time. I have leghorns, barred rocks, so I can always put some in the bator. I need your opinion guys/gals, do you think at least some of them will hatch. I'm willing to keep the bator on and see, what do you think? Thanks!

They should be fine.....you wont get many of a hatch, probably a third loss of total eggs if you are lucky. Some of us have done it and many of them hatched.

Just go ahead and finish the incubation. They will be fine!

Thank you so much. I feel much better now.
