HELP! power outage :(

got a blizzard last night, and a power outage early this morning

the eggs felt cool to the touch when i turned them about 10 minutes ago. the power outage wasn't more than 2 1/2 hourse long, because my alarm clock woke me up at 6, but i went back to bed.

my dad says we should get more power outages today

what can i do to keep the eggs warm? my incubator is an open topped box incubator

please! i really need the help, that was my first power outage, and there is more to come! are the eggs ok after that power outage?

two things....walmart inverter is $19 and can connect directly to a car battery and will easily keep the lights going

hot water bottles.....soda bottles filled with hot water while you have it

oh,....and the large size handwarmer you can buy at walmart in the hunting department
