Help! Pulled drowning hen out of lake.... Is she dying?

This morning at 11:00AM CST, I pulled my 8-month old Salmon Favorelle, "Honey", out of the lake.... she must have been chased by a dog or other animal. I thought she was dead, but as soon as I had her in my arms, her eyes were wide open and she was breathing, but it sounded like there was water in her lungs because she sounded congested with each breath. It is now almost five hours later, and she just sits without moving, sometimes her eyes are closed. She does not walk or move. Her breathing is clear nowm but her comb is a dark purple instead of her normal bright red (photo attached). I dried her off completely with a hair dryer and it's a warm day, so I put her on the porch where she would be comfortably warm. I offered her food and water, but she has no reaction. My guess is that she is in shock....? Can someone tell me how long the shock could last, or if she is going to die or what the chances are for her survival? I hate the thought of losing her! Thank you very much for your help.

Treat for shock straight away, sugar water, Gatorade or Nutri drench, and keep her In a warm dark place. Please don’t hold her upside down, she could asphyxiate.

Is she dry under her wings?
Gently slide your forfingers under each wing and move her wings away from her body. Move her wings up and down as she was trying to fly. There are pneumatic bones in her wings that are linked to her lungs. The wing flapping may help to pump the lungs which may help to bring her out of shock.
Keep her warm and keep her company until she comes around. Do not just leave her somewhere.
I've had a couple of hens fall into water and they do go into shock which can kill them.
Try feeding her some mashed smoked mackerel.

@Shadrach always has very useful advice. In addition to those livesaving treatments, warm her by blowing warm air from a handheld hair dryer under her wing pits. Along with shock, she will be experiencing hypothermia. It doesn't matter how warm the air temp is, hypothermia still occurs.
