I had a EE pullet that got sucked into my pool filter. I just kept her warm and wrapped in a towel while I blow dried her til her body temperature warmed up.

Good luck!

She has likely aspirated. All you can do is keep her comfortable and quiet and hope she pulls thru. I'm so sorry this happened to your pullet.

first get her warm and dry... beyond that I don't know. Do you still have your heat lamp? Could you get her under that? Blow dry her on low? I'm hoping this bump will help.

I don't think there is anything you can do to get the water out of her lungs without causing further damage

Chickens don't have lungs like people. They have air sacs. You can't do anything to get the water out that I am aware of.
