HELP!!! Pullet or Rooster??

A week ago I bought 4 chicks. Today they are 3 weeks old, and I've noticed that my barred rock has a longer comb then my other chicks. I also notice it keeps trying to make rooster noises but no sound comes out. Is this a Rooster or a Pullet???

its a rooster im 99% sure it is
