HELP! Quail chick broke its neck

My chick flew up and hit the lamp in the brooder and broke its neck. How do I fix it? Thank you.

as far as I know, you can't fix it :/ if it's truly broken or in pain/not going to recover, I would humanely euthanize it so it's not suffering.

Try some bird netting or foam to prevent accidents like this from happening again
