Help! Quail death

We have had our Quail for just a couple of weeks. We woke this morning to 3 dead and they all have similar injuries. Pic attached- any ideas on what could have happened?

Not that I'm aware of but they are outside, I don't think mice could get in there.

Those are typically wounds by rodents. I'm sorry about that.

Did you notice any blood on the face/beak of any of the others?
