Help!!!! Quail eye injury or infection

New quail mama here!!! I have two males and 10 females in a ground coop, I checked on them last night and noticed one females eye was a little red and swollen, when I checked this morning it is swollen shut and much much bigger. Please let me know what I should do. I don’t want it to suffer! I ordered drops for game bird eye infections as well as vet Rx based on some information I received from calling a local farm store and giving the details of my quails situation. I feel soo bad for her! I have separated her from the others as well just in case.

I would start by washing it out with saline solution so you can really see what's going on.

You have already separated her, so now it's time to keep her quiet and clean. Keep us updated on how treatment works for her.
