It really depends on what's causing it. If she seems healthy otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it, but there are so many things that could cause that from minor, benign things to major issues that will end her life. The only way to know would be to have her thoroughly examined by a vet.

She’s honestly the most lively and healthy. Very very active quail, she is super fast and loves running
