Help! Quail heat stroke?!

I found one of my quail on its side by a clogged watering dish. The three others it shared the pen with are fine. I fixed the water dish. It's very hot and humid in my area today so I suspect heatstroke. I have brought it inside, misted it with water, gave it some water through a dropper, and put some cool water in front of it. It cannot stand up on its own and merely flops when disturbed. It does not move much but kind of gasps for air/pants. It has diarrhea and shivers. I'm not sure what else I can do to help it.

What is the temperature where it is now? Can you put an ice bag or bottle near it (but not next to it)?

I'm not sure what you can do other than what you've done so far, except to see if it will take more water by dropper.

Low 80s. I can put something cold next to it. I'm beginning to suspect egg-binding. I'm pretty sure she's a young female, she hasn't started laying yet, and she's at the age where she can begin laying at any time. Dehydration also causes egg-binding, and she's all scrunched up and can't walk. She also does this action where she breathes open-mouthed intermittently almost like she's having a contraction.

You should be able to feel if she's egg bound. Use some anti-bacterial wash and gently feel her vent area.

Her vent would feel hard right? It doesn't feel hard.

Did you reach up inside just a bit? Was there anything hard blocking it? If not, then she's not egg bound.

She still can't walk or really control her muscles. Her neck and head are sort of stuck tucked in and looking up. Now she has green-tinted diarrhea, is this a sign of kidney failure?

Is the gasping all she does, lay there and gasp every few seconds? If yes, she probably won’t recover.

I'm sorry about your quail. I lost a quail to the heat on a day where it got up to 47.5 C (117.5 F). Above 46 C (114.8 F) is fatal for birds. How hot did it get in your area?
