Bizzar quail chick issues

I checked the nutrition information on your feed, and while it is a bit low on protein and methionine, it shouldn't be an issue this soon unless it did get damp somehow.

Do be careful with the pad. Their tiny toes can overheat and die if you're not careful. I've seen pictures of chicks with necrotic toes from heating pads.

Keep us posted to see if any of the changes you make help.
They tend to be under it not on top? And there's plenty of space to run off of it. Once my phone charges a bit I can get a setup pic
 
Set up from back further and closer up. 3/4 are eating and drinking on their own. One I'm still being annoying to and watching closely (the lightest colored one).

Again the heat lamp is off, and pultry pad is at 100. Will drop to 96 tomorrow and push the down button each day as they mature.
