So a few months ago, one of my hens started bleeding from her back end. I isolated her and have been spraying it each night with vetricine and today she was almost dead so I brought her into the garage and put her in a big rubber trough with shavings/sawdust in the bottom and food and water because I was not sure what to do. NEED ANY AND ALL ADVICE!!! WHAT FO I DO FOR HER TO KEEP HER ALIVE?!!??!

Do you have current photos of what she looks like now?
Has the prolapse and wounds that she suffered healed or are they still open?
Do you see any maggots on her vent?
Did she start laying eggs again?
Has she been isolated from the flock this whole time?
Been eating/drinking/pooping o.k.?

Hard to know what's going on with her, I'd work on seeing if she'd take sips of sugar water or electrolytes.
If she's in a bad state and seems to be suffering, then putting her out of her misery may be what you need to do.

So sorry! I don’t like giving advice on things like this because its a very serious matter that needs to be responded with accurate responses.

However, this is some small advice i can give.

-Make sure she is isolated from the flock.

-To upload a video: Upload it to a site such as Youtube, copy the link, then put it here. If you don’t want other people to see it, you can simply set it to “link only” so only people with the link may see it as im sure you wouldn’t like just anyone to see your hen injured. Or, you may turn off the comments.

-To upload a picture: when typing a reply, (or making a thread) you should see this

Click it, hit drop image/click here *this is how it is on mobile for me, may be different for computer users.* Then hit photo library, or take a photo
Pictures/videos always help!

Sorry that i never answered anyone, she did end up dying, I think that after she healed from the bleeding incident, she became egg bound and died from that.

She may have become egg bound, looks like she would have had trouble laying eggs with her vent damaged like that.
