Help quick! This poor chicken can't catch a break! [updated]

So after some research I'm thinking this is a tapeworm..?
We've lost 2 chickens to these same symptoms but we've never seen worms before. She's really young and last time a hen her age got lethargic like this she's died in 12 hours of us noticing. This hen is about 4-5 months old and she is sneezing. We use some VetRx but then noticed the worms (?) in her poop. All the local stores that's carry poultry wormers are closed and I'm a worried she won't make it till tomorrow. I ready online that we can use a small dose of cat tapeworm wormer. Anybody have any thoughts on that? The active ingredient in it is Praziquantel.
Is this tapeworm?
The only wormer we have at home is Wazine.
Thinking about separating her tonight and treating with whatever we can get.
All help is greatly appreciated.

Oh no! I don't know a lot about de worming, i am so sorry Is this the same hen that loves grapes?? I hope she is ok, it is probably to late now, but to decrease the risk of this in the future i hear that pumpkin seeds are a natural de-wormer. Good luck

Does she have anything else? Pasty Butt perhaps?

Update: we tried a small dose of the cat wormer (that's all we were able to get tonight) and now she's sleeping inside in a crate. She seem alrigghhhtt, except her sneezing and coughing is more constant now and she's got a runny nose. Anything else we can be doing for her??

I am just wondering if there was any way to distinguish between the many poultry respiratory diseases. My chickens are acting fine, laying well but they have had a clear nasal discharge, sneezing, one is coughing, and there is a rattling sound when a few of them breathe. There is no funny smell like I had read about. I had treated with Duramycin-10 and things seem to get better but I stopped after a week and was wondering if I should have kept going for 14 days. I'm really broken-hearted about all this because I have just received D'uccle and Langshan chicks in hope of breeding and selling these birds. The chicks are not exposed to the adult birds as of yet but now I am wondering if I should give up hope of breeding them since I don't want to expose anyone else's flock to this respiratory crud. If anyone can give me advice I would greatly appreciate it. I have read just about every article I can find on the matter and am still unsure as to what I should do. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to BYC! I'm so sorry that you are posting your first post under these circumstances.

The best way to tell for sure what respiratory disease your chickens have is to have tests run, possibly by a state vet.

However, respiratory symptoms in chickens almost always signify disease, which will cause the affected chickens to remain contagious. One of the more common, as i'm sure you've read, even transfers the disease through the egg.

As painful as it is, i would certainly recommend you cull this affected flock entirely and start over after disinfecting their enclosure.

The chicken tapeworm dose is praziquantel @ 10 mg/kg, so a five pound chicken would get a whole 23 mg praziquantel tablet. Repeat in 10-14 days.

Thank you so much, that is very helpful, and exactly what we did. Didn't know we needed to redose in 10-14 days so I appreciate the information.

She was much less lethargic when we got up this morning. She is still eating. Fingers crossed this takes care of the tapeworm.

Her lungs still sound VERY crackly, I am worried about this respiratory infection. We also have fowl pox going around and she has one bump on her face (but she has been vaccinated). Hoping it's not wet fowl pox (don't think it is based on the little I know about it...) . But thinking about giving her some Tylan 50 today to try to help her kick whatever else she's got.
Experts let me know if it sounds like we're doing the right things for her please!
