My little crybaby the loudest one in the brooder and just to think without my intervention it would have perished stuck to the membrane with no way to get free . No it's fiesty and fast full of energy now if only her other sibling will go ahead and hatch lol! 8 Malays out 1 to go my most successful chicken hatch ever . Glad I invested in the used hova bator genesis for 70$ bucks it brought me through til lock down then started acting up when I added more water temps went lo wouldn't go back up . Put them in my hoverbator still air with a fan I put in brought them through . Now I've got to find a replacement temp box for the genesis. Still I believe I got my 70 bucks worth with this hatch .

Had a Malay born with a bad foot I fixed it with the help of another member .

Well done. This works so well and sometimes in as little as 24 hours so check daily and renew as necessary, making sure that back toe is in its correct position. Amazing what you can do with a bit of tape, huh?

Yep she wanting to put it behind her I check often and make her stand on it it's slippery even on the wood shaving thinking about putting her in her own special box with some cloth underneath until it she gets better with her footing . Glad I'm off so I can work with them looking at a 80% hatch rate now my other Cermani didn't make it died before Piping yoke absorbed . I wanted to crack the shell last night but didn't guess it wasn't in the plan only the strong survive . Good survival genes .
