HELP! Red 'bubble' on newly hatched chick's bottom on/around vent

I’m attempting this advice now. Hatched last night and has the yolk pink bottom, put her in a cup this am. Looks a little better but still too big for comfort. Otherwise acting fine. Anything else I can do? When is it time wise not going to improve? She seems active and fine otherwise
