Just got four slikies yesterday and they were put over night into their new coop...put newspaper down first and this morning when i checked in on them there was some reddish orange goop mixed in to the poop?? I think it is only one of the chickens as it was not all the poop in the coop...They are 14 weeks old. Also, the feathers on some of their feet look worn out or rotten but they are dry... any ideas as to either of these? Worry? or not?

That sounds like cecal droppings. There are two kinds of poo that are normal for chickens--the retular looking poo, and what you described, which is kinda stinky and gross too.

But it's normal....chickens will have this type of poo more when they get a bit nervous....I have noticed that with my silkies.
