Just a note to help you in the future - rather than chasing your chickens around in the heat of the day, try treating them after they go to roost at night. It stresses them far less for you to simply pluck them off the roost, treat them, and put them back. A headlamp with a red light option also helps, as they can't see well in red light, and it helps keep the remaining birds from becoming upset. Chasing birds on a hot day can have devastating effects.
