The day before yesterday I went outside to feed and water the chickens when I noticed one of my Saipan hens was doing something funny. At first I thought they were just hiccups, but then I noticed she kept doing it and doing it, so I figured it must be a sneeze. I freaked out and cleaned all of their food containers with vinegar, soap, and water, but as it was the end of the day I didn't know what else to do. I didn't seperate her like I should have because we honestly do not have a place to keep her besides the coop. Yesterday she wasn't sneezing half as much as the day before, and then today she hardly sneezed at all, but now I'm noticing one of my 3 month olds (a BO) is sneezing as well. In total I have 13, and at the least 2 out of the 13 are sneezing. I need help!

-No discharge, clear eyes, no scaly feet
-Normal eating habits until today, not as heavy of an appetite now
-Activity level is normal
-Sleeps in coop at night, coop is attached to run, is let loose to free-roam in the evening
-Runny poop
-Not laying
-Sneezes
-24/7 access to clean water and food
-Coop is fairly clean; last major clean-up was 2 to 3 weeks ago
Other than the sneezing, and the runny poo, she acts fairly normal. She hasn't been laying for 3 weeks now, but I just figured it was because we introduced the 8-3 month olds recently. I thought it just stressed her out...
Other than separating the two, is there anything else I can do? I've heard respiratory infections deteriorate birds rapidly, but it doesn't seem so in my case (yet).
