Help! Rhode Island Red With Mucus Coming Out Of Its Nostrils!

Today I noticed that my RIR had mucus coming out of her nostrils and some out of the mouth I think. It keeps making low, croaking noises. What do I do? Please respond immediately as I am new to chickens. Sorry but I couldn't really get a good picture.

My Ameracauna seemed to have the sniffles a couple weeks ago. She was snotty and had crusty boogers over her nostrils. She didn't seem to have any other respiratory issues, and none of my other hens did either. I used VetRX, smeared it all over her beak a few times a day, and she was better within a few days.
