Help Roos or Hens?

Identify the gender. They are about 4 months old

They all look like rooster except for the black silkie

I'm 90% positive the black/white ones are hens

One of your buff silkies is a cockerel - the one with big, dangling wattles. With the Polish it's hard to make out their head feathering. If the feathers there are rounded they'll be girls. If pointed ends and more punk, they are boys, but Polish can be tricky. At 4 months old your straight combed birds will be pullets.
