Help!!!!! Rooster acting weird

My rooster is acting very strange. he will just sit there with his one wing hanging to the side. hes way under weight and his legs aare very skinny. he wont move very much and when i pick him up he doesnt run or squirm. a few days ago he would run away from me. anybody know what this could be?

this morning he was breathing weirdly. he couldnt breath unless he opened his beak and he wasnt moving very much. when he breathed he made a gurgling slash purring sound. what do u mean by how hot is it by me. how hot i thinnk his skin is? if that is it then hes cold

he is a barred rock rooster. cockeral that is 4 months old. his one wing is hanging off to the side alittle. no other birds are acting like this. he was drinking and eating until this morning. poop = a little runny.housing is roosting. have not administered treatment. have no idea what it is that is going on.

The gurgling /purring noise would most likely be respiratory. See if you can get Tylan somewhere, or some antibiotic for respiratory conditions.

I dont think it is going to matter now. I had to leave the house and ive been gone for about 5 hours. Hes probably gone.
