HELP!! Rooster attacked my teen chicks!

Yeah that's what I was hoping for, we only have 1 big coop, and its under construction, so right now we have 3 make shift nest boxes in their pens, and I really wanted to have them all together when the coop is finished as one big happy flock. But now I am conflicted as what I should do.

I hate to say this, but if you plan on adding 25 chicks down the road I would suggest getting rid of two of the Roos, either the adults or the teenagers. I think you may always have fights between these four. When you have to introduce your new chicks they should be close to the same size so that they can defend themselves, because your older hens will not want them around at first. There are a lot of good suggestions for introducing new chicks in this thread. https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=135841&p=1

Thanks for the link and the help! I really appreciate it. At this point I'm considering keeping my roo's permanently separated from the others, perhaps in a chicken tractor or something and maybe just letting the hens in with them from time to time to do the deed and then pulling the hens back out. Will this cause roo frustration? Is this wise?
