Hello I have a rooster who's eye is full of blood it seems when I had him taking some sun a stray came and picked a fight with him seems like the stray had pretty big spurs ND noticed my roosters eye was full of blood what can I do to save his eye?

Please post a picture. Hopefully the eyeball is not punctured. Sometimes swelling of the surrounding tissue will make it hard to know if the eye is intact for a few days. Use saline or eye wash to rinse the eye. If you have plain Neosporin or a similar antibiotic ointment, place a dab in the eye 2-3 times a day after cleaning it.

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear about your roo! Can you post pictures?

You can see that his eye is swollen but the eye is full of blood o can't see the pupil or anything

Exactly the problem it's swollen and I literally just found him but from what I can tell it's not punctured

How long ago did it happen? If there is any pus in the eye, it will need to be removed.
Happened like 15 minutes ago give or take when I saw him bleeding, there is no pus just blood and swelling, when I found him he was bleeding though the tear glad around that area

I would treat him for shock and put some Terramycin on there. If it starts to look it's starting to get a bad infection in the next day or two you might have to give antibiotics. Separate him, keep him somewhere dark and quiet. Your other chickens are just going to peck at that eye and make it worse. Give him both clean plain water and electrolytes in a separate waterer. Depending on how much his head swells up he may have trouble swallowing. I would wet his food into a mash for him and take note of how much he eats today. Other than that I'm not sure there is much to do unless you want to take him to a vet

Make sure he is separated in a pen or crate with food and water. Offer food and water to his beak in case he has trouble seeing it while he eye is healing.
Yes he is completely alone and he wasn't eating much as it is hopefully he won't stop
