Help! Rooster eye full of blood

I would treat him for shock and put some Terramycin on there. If it starts to look it's starting to get a bad infection in the next day or two you might have to give antibiotics. Other than that I'm not sure there is much to do unless you want to take him to a vet. Separate him, keep him somewhere dark and quiet. Your other chickens are just going to peck at that eye and make it worse. Give him both clean plain water and electrolytes in a separate waterer. Depending on how much his head swells up he may have trouble swallowing. I would wet his food into a mash for him and take note of how much he eats today.
