Help rooster has weird bump

Hi today this bump on my rooster near his tail and i’m really worried because i do not know what it is and he is such a good rooster so can some one help and here is a picture of his poop too

Like there's something in it, such as pus?
It's either just an infection of some sort, or a tumor.

I didn’t really feel it as much I would have to let you know tomorrow because they are sleeping right now
