Help, rooster won't stay home

I have the same problem. I have 2 roosters and 10 hens. The 10 hens were my original flock. I kept trying to get a rooster by buying chicks at Rural King. A friend had 7 roosters and donated a couple to me. They are both about 1 year old. One stays with then hens and the other wants to run to the end of my driveway and crow at the neighbors house. My driveway is about 75 yards long. They are the only neighbors close by, and they don't have chickens. The other oddity is that they won't stay in the pen at night. They want to sleep in the tree next to the pen. I don't mind them sleeping in the tree. I just want the one to leave the neighbors alone.

So, I figured out why my rooster was going astray. The neighbor was putting food out for birds. I also started putting more food out around the pen. I was putting it in the coop before. I plan on getting another feeder. It seems to be working. He is staying home once i placed the feeder in the new location.
