Help salmon faverolle not eating

This morning when I went out, one was looking a bit better and one was looking worse. They both drank their water and will be getting coxyclear and and injection of norodine. They get coxyclear for 2 days and the injection for 5 days. They have gotten quite thin and they both have poop around their vent. Can I do anything to tempt them to eat? The one that is a small bit better her poop looked like this

You can wet their food down with a little water or egg yolk to make a kind of mush; you can feed scrambled egg; you can try cat food. Just dip a little on their beak and if they are interested they should start eating more. Basically try anything you think they will like but soft seems to work better. The poop looks like that because they’re not eating. I think of it as “starvation poop.” There is a technical explanation but I don’t remember it.

I brought 4 to the vets, 8 are poorly, but one is not. They had high temperatures, and one had a low temperature. She said a respiratory infection as they were sneezing and gasping. They all got a steroid and get norodine in their beaks for 5 days, they get engemycin injections for 3 days, some have lice, I couldn't buy anything to kill the lice as the farm store was closed. She said once I treat them with everything else they'll be ok till next week to get deliced.

Sounds like they are sickly and lot going on.

I'd try to encourage them to eat their normal chick starter, try it wet and mushy. Offer some tidbits of egg to see if that interests them.

Provide Grit (Crushed Granite) free choice so they can properly process the foods they are eating.

Hopefully you can get rid of the mites soon too.

Keep us posted on how they are getting along.
