Help! Scared chick

Hey, I’ve had chickens for 2 years and we decided to get more. We have three chicks and one duckling. the youngest one named zucchini does this weird thing, where she jumps in the air and flaps her wings. almost like something scares her, but she does it almost every 10 minutes. they’re all in between 3 and 4 weeks old so they still stay inside with us and she doesn’t do it then. but when we take them outside to explore she does this. Any idea what it might be
