We had a semi-disaster. The incubater flooded & we had to lift the incubator up and an egg fell out and cracked.. theres blood all over and I saw a foot.. what do we do? It was chirping for a second, its not chirping anymore.... should we remove it? I really need some expert advice!. The others are fine and chirping... it is just this one!

Oh how sad! I am so sorry!! I am no expert, so my advice doesn't really count, but it seems to me that if the chick is moving and alive than I would keep it in the incubator.

Yeah........... oh, well.. It's life! Lets just hope the others hatch :-)

Maybe you should wait a few more minutes for others to chime in. I really don't have any experience with this. It just seems to make sense.

How late in the hatch is it for you? If you are not on lock down, I would remove it. If you are in lock down, leave it. I don't think there is really anything you can do to assist the chick. How did your bator flood?

It is day 20: We are on lockdown, we decided to remove it because otherwise there is gonna be a horrible odor. I think we put a little to much water in and its a safety mechanism or something? We hear others chirping so hopefullyyyyyy the rest will be okay?
