It felt really empty when I felt it earlier, no lumps or anything. I'm letting her rest for the night now, so we'll have to see in the morning

Her back is likely dirty from her wiping her bubbly eyes and runny nose on her feathers there.

I went through this with my turkeys last year, and if this is your culprit you'll need to treat everybody. Tylan Soluble is prescription only but worked a charm for me. I tried using other, natural antibiotic and system support but they kept dying until I was able to use the Tylan.
