You have a bunch of lovely pullets on your hands. At this age, cockerels would be farther ahead in development.

My vote is all pullets. In my experience duccle pullets have a nice sharp color where cockerels are messy looking with their pattern.

Also combs are still tiny and not thick.

I agree, pullets. My d'Uccles are sexable at three weeks of age or a little older, and knowing their age makes all the difference.
