No, its just why their faces are so red right now. They'll get more red when their older, and have bigger combs and wattles. But some people would have seen that and automatically thought cockerel, because cockerels get red sooner than pullets.

Ah ok I did look this evening and thought they were alot paler than yesterday never noticed before
