Help sexing 4 week old Buff Orpington, Barred rock, Ameraucana, and Speckled Sussex

Hi! Any help is greatly appreciated. We got them as day old sexed pullets but I know it's not 100%. Is 4 weeks late enough to tell? Unfortunately if we end up with a roo we will need to re home them. One of them in particular is concerning me with the behavior and comb so I thought I'd ask the experts. The hatchery said she couldn't tell till 12 weeks which seems late!

Edit to add: we only have one of each breed so a couple have two pictures but if it looks alike it is the same bird.

I can’t see #two’s comb, so I can’t tell, but besides that and #1, the rest look like pullets

I was pretty sure he was a male too. His personality is also very different. Is there any hope he could still be a female? I'm not sure when to start looking for a new home...
Thanks for your help! The order got slightly messed up when posting. We only have one of each breed I put two pictures of most of them. Thankful the rest seem to be pullets!
