Still too young sex accurately. Seeing how dark it is, it might be a peahen. Wait a few months and post pictures again please.

Dad is not just India Blue must be a split or some other male is father. Like it has been said too early to tell but seems to have a large amount of white compared to mom so my guess is male. Future pics please show shoulders from above if possible to look for barring.
