Help Sexing Bantam Cochins

I have two three week old bantam Cochin chicks. Any ideas if they are pulleys or roosters? One seems to be a frizzle

The first looks like it may be a cockerel, though more pictures in a few weeks would help. Your second one is a cute little frizzle!
