Hi there,

If it’s not too early to tell can anyone help with the gender of my chicks. I can hear someone attempting to crow and I have my suspicions but I haven’t seen him actually crow he stopped by the time I got down to the coop. I have 6 chicks - 3 black (2 of which have a beautiful green colour which makes me think likely Roos on its own) 3 of the lighter colour. Hoping for some pullets!

Thanks!

Thanks, they are about 12 weeks. I picked up the fertile eggs on the 31st October so I make it 11-12 weeks old I didn’t note hatch date.

Thank you for your time in helping me. Here are the lavender chooks again if this is any clearer. I can’t keep cockerels so I would love to be as sure as I can be.

Thanks again
