Help sexing pea's?

I know these pics are blurry but I had to enlarge and it was as close as they would let me get to them.

The one displaying I am pretty sure is a female, she is IB, the other is a young black shoulder I do believe, or thats what they said when I bought it. Bought as a pair and to my dismay my dogs killed one, I think they killed the female and this is the male?

Anyhow, hope some of the pics are good enuff someone can tell for sure.

Oh also the reason the one displaying has a naked neck, she has driven herself crazy with the turkey gnats this season. I spray my tame guys with vanilla and round the chicken area and it helps a lot, but she wont let me near as I didnt raise her, or this other one, bought at an auction. So I cant Sevin dust or anything. Any suggestions? The gnats have given no sign of giving up, since its been so wet.

We keep mowed, etc, but they are still horrid.

Can you spray bleach water? we use it when we have people over for outside gatherings to keep mosquitoes away,,dilute 1/2 with water and spray on the grass,,,may be worth a try??
