Maintaining low humidity

I just put my first ever eggs in my Maticoopx. I put in a dozen BCM and six silkie eggs. I'm trying to keep the humidity at about 30-35%. My homes humidity is around 34%.

How do you maintain such a low humidity without over... humidifying...? I added a teaspoon of water this morning and it brought it to the correct level, but it got down to 25%. Do I need to babysit this for the next 21 days?

Luckily I work from home, so I'm not too concerned, but I didn't know if I was missing something.

I had the same problem and I ended up removing the bottle completely and adding a bit of water to the reservoir if it dipped below 30%. Unfortunately this means you will probably have to check it a few times a day and in the middle of the night
