Help shrunk wraped lots of veins

My chick has been pipped scence yesterday. He is shrunk wrapped. pelled part of its egg. Its veins are not drying out. Is it safe to finish helping it out?

I would wait longer before you help. If you see a lot of veins they can bleed if you help to much. It's probably not ready to come out yet, if it's able to get air it will be okay for a long time.

It was sticky to the point it couldn't turn itself. I waited till the veins dried up some. I helped it out. It opened it's navel when it pulled loose from it's egg. It is doing fine now. We are watching it close.
