Help sick 11 wk old Jersey Giant

Hey all in need of some help. This is the first time I’ve dealt with a sick chicken. 11-12 so old jersey giant. I noticed three days ago her crop was very large and she was doing this odd breathing..so I quarantined her inside did some research and guesses sour or impacted crop. Crop felt squishy not overly full. After 12 hrs her crop got smaller but was still squishy and smelt sour. She’s been given lots of liquid mixed with probiotics, minimal feed and yogurt. She’s now coughing or sneezing and has stopped standing and her one foot is clenched. Crop is still squishy. Anyone have ideas or similar experience?
