Hi,

I need help with this little one.

For a few days it was pooing only white chalky liquid, then on the weekend it was barely breathing and had liquid coming from its mouth.
I thought it was going to die.

Then some how on sunday morning it was sitting up (not laying on its side)
Still wasn’t 100% but so much better.

Today it’s still not very well, it’s eating but I cannot get it to drink it has constant access to fresh cold water.
Chirping a lot
But standing with its eyes closed and very ruffled up.
When I pat it or talk to it it will start to eat.
It’s poos are quite runny but have a mixture of white and brown lumps.

Is it getting better? Is there anything else I can do for it?
It is on its own, we hatched it and was doing great until the other day. Hasn’t left the house much and the other two that it was with are perfectly healthy.
It’s on medicated chick starter from our local pet produce.

Please help

This was one of its poops yesterday. They’ve been pretty constant like this since it has gotten better on Sunday

I would try to get the chick to eat some chick crumbles made wet with water or electrolytes, and a little raw egg. Does it’s crop feel full and hard as if it has eaten some bedding? Some chicks suffer from failure to thrive or an organ problem. What temperature is the brooder?
