Cured the sour crop, but now small impaction

Hi all - I successfully treated one of my hens for sour crop, but there still seems to be a small lump in her crop.
I suspect it’s a piece of impacted ick, but I’m not sure what I should do next.
She looks much better and is up and around with her sisters - eating and drinking well. I haven’t been able to track down HER poop, but it all looks pretty normal (I have eight other girls).
Still massaging, using coconut oil, ACV in her water, offering grit.
Any other suggestions or advice to help break it up for digestion?

When are you checking her crop?

Small lump, is it hard, pliable, doughy? Can it be manipulated or broken up when you massage?

I read it about five times to make sure I took care of the sour crop.

At any rate:

I feel her crop before I let her out - first thing before she eats. It WAS swollen and doughy/gritty, but now it feels much smaller, and pretty hard. It kinda rolls around towards the bottom part of her crop.

One thing that happened when it went from doughy to hard (over about a week), is that I THINK she laid a huge, sort of misshapen egg two days ago. I found another one today. I’m not positive SHE laid it/them, but I’m wondering if she was maybe eggbound at the same time she had sour crop. Maybe finally passing it caused her crop to go down a bit (and get harder).
I don’t know.

I kinda didn’t expect it to turn hard. I wanted to avoid the docusate sodium (I’m using Colace 100mg), but I’ll see if there’s any crop residue in the am.
Should I give it to her after a massage if nothing’s moving by then?
Do I use the liquid center in a ml syringe? Or shove the whole thing down the hatch?
Ugh. First big drama in my 1 year old little flock.

I appreciate any advice you might have.
BTW - Seems like I’ve watched dozens of YouTube videos and warm Epsom Salts baths are often suggested…as a general rule of some sort, apparently. Are there any benefits to it in this situation?
