HELP!! Sick baby chick :(

Ok so I have a few week old baby silkie. S/he is acting strange. I have 6 chicks in all and she is the only one acting a little off. She is having a hard time staying awake. She literally is falling asleep standing up!!! I am not very knowledgable as far as sickness goes so please please help!!!

Is she eating and drinking? I have had chicks that fall asleep standing up. If she is eating and drinking, just keep an eye on her and make sure she is staying warm enough, but not too warm.

Since my post I have seen her drink! Not eat though I have a regular bulb lamp on during the day and another lamp thing on only at night to maintain about 75-80ish.... she also kinda is a liner to some extent. Doesn't look like she is ganged up on but she is def my youngest and smallest.
