I have a baby turkey that is about a month old and he has just been acting very lethargic in comparison to his brothers and sisters. He eats and drinks but mainly stands still with his wings droopy and his head held close to his body. His poop appears normal and his crop is full when he goes to bed at night.

The only weird thing I’ve noticed is that he has no voice. He try’s to peep but no sound comes out just air. I noticed this a couple of weeks ago.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is being fed on a regular basis?

Looks like they are being kept with chickens?? Consider calling your local agriculture department and asking if black is a known problem in YOUR area OR getting a fecal float to check for round worms/histomoniasis (black head)...

Hope you get some answers! :fl
