Two days ago I saw my 1 year old drake, sitting alone while my other three Calls were swimming in the pond. I went right up to him and he slowly got up and walked away to hide. The next morning the same thing, he slowly walked out of the coop, acting lethargic. I also noticed that his poop was bright green. Last night I caught him from outside, which was way too easy, and brought him into the house. I tried giving him yogurt via syringe which was difficult. I put him into the bathtub with a towel at one end and water at the other. I poured antibiotic powder into the water hoping he would get some of it. All he will eat are meal worms. Now his poop is mint green.
He is breathing normal, nares are clean with no discharge, no blood in his stool, and no injuries. He is getting more weak, wobbly when moving, and not eating.
What is wrong with him? Please help me, I am afraid he will die soon.

I think he has possibly eaten something toxic, perhaps metal. It may also be an infection, or parasites.

Here is a link to a flush and toxin removal method. I would seriously consider doing this a.s.a.p.

Hardware disease is rough - metal can get stuck in their systems and release small amounts over time . . . there are chelating agents that might be used, but you'd need someone's help - someone who knows more of the details than I do. Some vets may be able to help.

A vet would be good, if you can manage it - an x-ray could answer the question about whether there is some metal in him.

An infection would require antibiotics. Most feed stores sell them - I am not an expert on what best to try. See what is available. This would be after the flush and charcoal treatment, if he does not seem to perk up right away.

Loads of fresh water - if he will take it - will be good to have around for him.

Since he is not eating, you may need to tube feed him.

Be careful with this - done wrong, you can drown a duck.

This sticky describes what turned out to be metal toxicity. Does it sound like his problem?

Thank you for your response. I will have to buy these supplies tomorrow. I am having difficulties keeping him still to open his mouth, so how can I safely put a tube down his throat? He shakes his head every time I try to open his mouth.

Are you gently squeezing from both sides at the base of his bill?

It is not easy.

I have had a helper hold a duck, wrapped in a towel, to give liquid medicine.

Well I have been tube feeding my drake for the past 2 1/2 days and he's getting worse. I have been giving him a mixture of epsom salts, electrolytes, mixed with antibx. This am I found him on his back, and he looked dead. Luckily he is not but I do not know what else to do for him. His poops are very runny and still mint green.

Sadly my duck had a seizure infront of me this morning, and died. That was really awful to see! Thanks for your input and hopefully I will not run into this again with my other 3 Calls.
