I have 4 - 2 week old chicks. When I got up this morning, I noticed one of them was standing directly under the light, holding her head to the side and twitching her head periodically. It's almost like she has something caught in her throat because she sort of moves her head to the side and stretches her neck out. When I picked her up she dribbled a little bit of clear fluid dribbled out of her beak. What should I do?

Here is a link to a video so you can see what she's doing.

Also, you can just barely hear it in the video, but there is a cracking sound when she moves her neck. Any help would be much appreciated.

The dribbling can happen just from putting pressure on the crop when handling.

The other symptoms could be wry neck, which is treated with vitamin supplements, the infant liquid one without iron, which you can get in any drug store. Do read up on wry neck, please, I am no vet.
