help!! i think the chick is sick or has a fungus?! what the heck is it! its pretty gross, it looks like round balls all over her, you can see it around her beak, under her chin, and on her chest, and on her wing..... what is it!!!

The pictures are a little fuzzy, but I'm leaning towards lice. It kinda looks like the egg sacs.

That's good news.

To treat (and I'm just repeating what I've read) dust it/them thoroughly with poultry powder or 5% Sevin powder. Pay attention to under the wings and the vent area, you need to get the powder down to the skin. Also thoroughly clean their living area/coop, and treat too. You will need to repeat in 10-14 days to get the hatching bugs.
I've read that the eggs are difficult to remove, so good luck with that. I don't have an answer about that.
